Unimat 3 self-centring 4-jaw chuck

 Most 4 jaw chucks are independent, that is each jaw can be moved individually to accommodate odd sized work (square, rectangular, or just weird) or to hold round work with a higher degree of accuracy than the usual 3 jaw chuck. This one is self-centring, like a 3 jaw, with all 4 jaws moving together, bought so I can hold square stock easily;

It's made in India by Blue Fox Tools in Delhi, and the quality is fair considering the price (£42.90).

In the photos above and below its being used to hold some square section aluminium, just to try it out.

It measures about 50mm dia.

This will I'm sure come in very handy for a couple of jobs that I have in mind.

Paul.
